Prices

The prices stated in the webshop apply. We reserve the right for any misprints.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please email us immediately. If the order has already been delivered, you are responsible for the return shipping.

Right of withdrawal and exchange

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement and have 14 days of withdrawal from the day you received the item until you contact us. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Contact us via email and provide your name, order number, and reason for your return. You are responsible for return shipping. The amount will be refunded within 7 working days from the day we receive the goods. Please note that the right of withdrawal or exchange does not apply to custom orders.

Complaints and transport damage

When handling complaints regarding manufacturing defects, we take into account natural wear and tear according to standards.

If the item or packaging is damaged upon delivery, this must be reported to us within 1 week from receipt; otherwise, the delivery is considered free of defects. Contact us by email and provide your name, order number, and a description of the damage, and we will get back to you. If it turns out that you have received the wrong item, we will cover the shipping costs for the return. However, you must contact us before returning an item to be entitled to free return shipping. The item must be returned using the cheapest possible shipping option.

We reserve the right to disclaim all compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays.

Unclaimed packages and undeliverable shipments

For unclaimed packages and undeliverable shipments, an actual return shipping fee, possible storage costs, and an administrative fee of 200 SEK (approx. 21 USD) will be charged. The amount will be invoiced or deducted from the purchase amount.
