Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you or someone you have designated receives the item.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us via our contact form on the Contact us page within the withdrawal period. Please provide your name and order number so that we can process your case more quickly.

For approved returns, we offer free return shipping within Sweden. Once we have received your notification, we will send you information on how to proceed with the return.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been manufactured or customized according to the customer's specific requirements. For discounted items, the statutory right of withdrawal applies, but we do not offer any open purchase or exchange rights beyond this.

Refunds are made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we received your notification that you wish to cancel your purchase. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the item or received proof that it has been sent back.
